While at Aviva I lead the UX direction for HSBC's 'Self-select Insurance App'. Working closely with both teams at Aviva and HSBC I designed the flow, wires and user interface. I also worked on creating the travel and home insurance flow for M&S Bank. While working on these projects I was also creating pages for Aviva such as critical illness cover and life insurance.
